Google shipped us a defective phone, a Pixel 9 Pro with debris in the camera system that caused easily visible debris in the images it took. They have yet to ship a replacement, 8 to 11 days after the replacement should have been received by us.
They say they need to study the replacement shipping process before shipping us a phone. I say that's absurd, they are making no sense at all.
The Google store records show they have not sent a replacement.
Regardless of what they want to study, it doesn't justify further harming their customer by further delaying shipping a replacement phone for the first time.
Don't buy from Google if you know what's good for you, folks. They ship defective goods and put the Keystone Kustomer Service Klowns on remedying their failures. @madebygoogle
