Hey Google, Where's The Phone?

Google shipped us a defective phone, a Pixel 9 Pro with debris in the camera system that caused easily visible debris in the images it took. They have yet to ship a replacement, 8 to 11 days after the replacement should have been received by us.

They say they need to study the replacement shipping process before shipping us a phone. I say that's absurd, they are making no sense at all.

The Google store records show they have not sent a replacement.

Regardless of what they want to study, it doesn't justify further harming their customer by further delaying shipping a replacement phone for the first time.

Why do so many graphic designers love to use hard to read super low contrast color schemes? Ringke, for one example.

To my eyes, this color scheme of white letters on a pale gray background is very hard to read, or perhaps illegible.

Why would you want to make it hard for customers to see everything except what is selected? They need to see the unselected ones to pick out what they want if they have already selected what they want. If they have trouble seeing the choices, they're likely to leave the site instead of buying something, and perhaps take to their blog to gripe about the bad site design.

It also laughs in the face of meeting accessibility needs.

This egregious example of bad design is at https://www.ringke.com/site/brand.php?id=21&item=884.
